1. Digital delivery only
Learn with Mahil provides digital learning resources such as PDFs, PPTs, worksheets, flashcards, activities, assessments, extra practice materials, and Big Books where applicable. No printed or physical product will be shipped.
2. Access after payment
After successful payment, access will be provided through the user dashboard, download links, account area, email, or WhatsApp/customer support where required. Access timing may depend on payment confirmation and account setup.
3. Class-wise and month-wise access
Each monthly payment gives access only to the selected class and selected month’s digital resource pack. Access to another class or another month requires a separate payment or applicable plan access.
4. Purchased pack access
Once a user has purchased a monthly pack, that purchased pack may remain available in the account for future downloads, subject to website availability, account status, and fair-use terms.
5. Technical issues
If a user is unable to access paid resources after successful payment, they can contact Learn with Mahil support with payment details and registered account information. We will help restore access or provide the correct digital delivery support.
