1. Digital product nature
Learn with Mahil provides digital learning resources. Since digital files and online access can be viewed, opened, or downloaded immediately after access is enabled, refunds are limited to eligible cases only.
2. Membership cancellation
If a recurring or monthly membership is cancelled, future access or renewal may stop according to the selected payment setup. Already purchased monthly packs may remain available in the user dashboard, subject to website availability and fair-use terms.
3. Non-refundable cases
Payments are generally non-refundable after resources are accessed or downloaded. Refunds may not be provided for change of mind, wrong class selection after downloading, wrong month selection after downloading, non-usage of resources, or sharing of account details.
4. Eligible refund cases
A refund may be reviewed if there is a duplicate payment, successful payment but no access provided, technical access issue not resolved by support, or incorrect amount charged. Users must contact support with payment details within the refund request window.
5. Refund processing timeline
Approved refunds will usually be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, depending on the payment gateway and bank processing timeline. Learn with Mahil may request additional details before approving a refund.
