By accessing Learn with Mahil, creating an account, purchasing a membership, downloading resources, or using any part of the website, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.
2. Membership plans and access
Learn with Mahil may offer a Junior Learning Plan for PS1 to Class 5 and a Senior Learning Plan for Class 6 to Class 10. Each plan may provide access to digital resources based on the selected class and selected month pack. Pricing and available resources may be updated from time to time.
3. Class-wise and month-wise access
Each payment gives access only to the selected class and selected month’s resource pack. Access to another class, another month, or another plan requires a separate payment or eligible active access.
4. Purchased pack downloads
Once a user purchases a monthly pack, that purchased pack may remain available through the user account for future downloads, subject to website availability, account status, technical limitations, and fair-use terms.
5. Payments, refunds, and cancellations
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another approved payment provider. Users must provide correct payment, class, month, and account details. Refunds, cancellations, duplicate payments, failed payment access, and technical access issues are handled according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this website.
6. Digital delivery
All resources are digital. No physical product will be shipped. Digital access may be provided through the dashboard, download links, account area, email, or customer support where required.
7. Intellectual property
All Learn with Mahil materials, designs, worksheets, flashcards, notes, PPTs, Big Books, images, layouts, and downloadable resources are owned by Learn with Mahil unless otherwise stated. Users must not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, forward, or commercially reuse these materials without written permission.
8. Educational purpose
Resources are created for learning support and practice. Learn with Mahil does not guarantee exam scores, school results, or specific academic outcomes.
9. Account responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping login details safe. Account sharing, bulk downloading for redistribution, public sharing of paid files, or misuse of downloads may lead to access restriction.
10. Updates and changes
Learn with Mahil may update resources, pricing, membership structure, page content, download access, or these terms when required. Continued use of the website after updates means the user accepts the revised terms.
